| Volunteer Position | Volunteer Position Description |
| Coach | Assume coaching responsibilities for a team including practices and games. Attend coaches clinic and aid in player evaluations. |
| Assistant Coach | Assist the Coach with practices and games. Attend coaches clinic and aid in player evaluations. |
| Team Manager | Manager aids the team coach with administrative duties, such as organizing, sending communications and planning. |
| Team Uniform & Equipment Coordinator | This person will be responsible for picking up and dropping off uniforms & equipment at the beginning and end of the basketball season. They will need to collect the uniform deposit cheques for their team prior to handing out uniforms and ensure that all uniforms & equipment are returned. |
| As Needed at Team Level | Teams will require parents to provide score keeping, gym monitors, and other duties as requested by the team Coach or Manager, these times are flexible and can include weekends and weekdays |
| Evaluation Administrators | Will attend evaluations, and help administer the athletes. Such as checking in athletes, collect volunteer deposits, no basketball knowledge is needed to perform this position |
| Evaluators | Evaluate basketball players to determine their placement on teams. This task requires basketball knowledge, no parents will evaluate their own childern. |
| Casino Volunteers | Work casino shifts for both CMBA and CNWB as needed. |
